The oil then moves to the Dakota Access and the Energy Transfer Crude Oil Pipeline from Illinois to the Gulf Coast. The pipeline should deliver 520,000 barrels daily. The 1,200 miles line of pipeline will transport light, sweet crude oil from North Dakota to the refining markets in direct and cost effective manner, safer and more environmentally responsible than any other modes of transportation, including rail or truck.

This new pipeline will be among the safest and most technologically advanced pipelines in the world. North Dakota unemployment rate in December 2016 was 3.0%.
