Reducing Regulations for American business
IncSmart District of Columbia (Small Business and Startups) - President Trump's latest executive order will begin the process to set an annual cap on the number of new regulations saving American business time and money. This cap will require that the addition of any new regulations be completely offset by removing existing regulations. These business regulations are reviewed by the White House's Office of Management and Budget (OMB) before they are issued. Now the OMB will also have to identify what two regulations will have to be removed when a new Regulation is added.

Trump's executive order on Obamacare repeal
IncSmart Washington DC (Small Business and Startups) - President Trump signed an executive action that begins the campaign promise of repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. The Executive Order calls for federal agencies to exercise all authority and discretion available to them to waive, defer, grant exemptions from, or delay the implementation of any provision or requirement of the Act that would impose a fiscal burden on individuals or businesses.

IncSmart District of Columbia (Small Business and Startups) -The Trump administration has issued an Executive Order to freeze hiring across the federal government with the exceptions of military, national security or public safety personnel. Sean Spicer, the White House Press Secretary, said the freeze gives American taxpayers a break and affords an effective and efficient government to counter the dramatic expansion of the federal workforce in recent years.
