IncSmart Nevada (Small Business and Startups) -  City and County officials want to make Las Vegas, the first city in the country to open marijuana lounges.  They hope to have the lounges opened by March or April of 2017.  The lounges may also obtain separate licenses to sell marijuana paraphernalia, such as pipe and bongs.  The lounges are also looking at food service , as long as the food does not contain pot or pot oils.  The lounges will not sale pot, but will allow customers to bring their own.
