Amendments & Corrections Order Form

Amendments and Corrections
Making Amendments to an Existing Business
There are often times when the information on a registered company needs to be changed. A Certificate of Amendment can be filed with the Corporation Department to make those changes. When you want to update the articles of the Corporation or LLC, such as changing the company name, changing the contact information or changing stock information, you will need to file a document with the Corporation Division. Depending on the state, this is sometimes called an "Articles of Amendment," a "Certificate of Amendment," or a "Certificate of Change."
Forged or fraudulent filing complaints happen from time to time as internal struggles develop. IncSmart nor the Corporation Departments in each state, does not have the legal staff to determine the legitimacy of a filing when the parties involved have inherent knowledge of one another as there may be agreements in place that the Secretary of State is not aware of. The filing of a complaint is not intended for settling internal disputes between former or current business partners, spouses, family members, friends/acquaintances, co-workers, competitors, etc.
Please seek legal counsel for any legal advice you may require.
