Mars adding Jobs in Kansas
$55 Million Capital Investment in Topeka
IncSmart Kansas (Small Business and Startups) - Mars will expand it's Topeka plant to include Twixt candy bars. The expansion is at the Kanza Fire Commerce Park in southwest Topeka. The new positions to be added will pay about $40,000 per year. This will also include $37 million per year to the Topeka economy base. The new expansion should be producing Twix candy bars by the second quarter of 2018.
