IncSmart Nevada (Small Business and Startups) - Nevada will become the first place in America to have vending machines that dispense free needles to drug addicts. The free needle vending machines are meant to reduce the transmission of diseases like HIV and hepatitis C. The Kit includes, box of 10 syringes, rubber tourniquet, needle disposal container for the used needles, alcohol swabs and band aids.

The three machines will be located in downtown Las Vegas, away from the tourist Strip. Consumers must register to access the machines. Once registered, they will receive a card and a code for access to the machines twice a week.
