DEFINITION
A Waiver of Notice is a legal document waiving the right to formal notification for Corporation or LLC meetings. When a Corporation Board needs an emergency meeting, a Waiver of Notice may be used to expedite the meeting time. May save time and money. A Waiver of Notice may occur before or after the meeting and any such waiver shall be deemed equivalent to giving notice. A Waiver of Notice indicates that a meeting is taking place, and this allows people to conduct the meeting without giving formal notification.
