Texas is Open for Business
IncSmart Texas (Small Business and Startups) - As pandemic numbers continue to drop, the Governor of Texas, Greg Abbot, is opening up most of Texas.  These new rules are an attempt to relax restrictions preventing business from creating much needed income.  The governor said the state should have more freedom with some limits and safe practices.  Bars must still stay shut, unlike Nevada where they are allowed to open to limited capacity.

Gyms, offices, stores and restaurants can now open in much of the state.  The restriction of 50% is over.   75% is the new number, and should bring much needed relief to the states small business.  Hospitals can now start  performing elective procedures as well.  And effective September 24, two caregivers will be allowed to visit patients in hospitals and nursing homes.  Emphasis must still be place on our must vulnerable citizens and a reminder that flu season is on the way.
