Oklahoma is the 4th largest oil producing state in the nation, following Texas, North Dakota and New Mexico. Oil prices have dropped by 1/3 since the beginning of the year. On top of the oil prices, the state is also experiencing the Wuhan Virus pandemic. The pandemic has already forced major oil production companies into bankruptcies.
