DEFINITION
A New Mexico Professional Corporation is a business which is organized under the Professional Corporation Act for the sole and specific purpose of rendering professional service and which has as it's shareholders only individuals who are licensed or otherwise legally authorized within New Mexico to render the same professional service as the corporation. This included but is not limited to attorneys, physicians, surgeons, architects, accountants, engineers and other licensed professionals.
