Federal Judge Changes Residency Requirements

IncSmart Missouri (Small Business and Startups) - Federal Judge changes residency requirements for marihuana business owners. This change opens the doors to big cannabis multi state businesses.

Missouri Cannabis businesses will no longer need to comply with the 51% residency rule. Dispensaries, growers and manufacturers to be at least 51% owned by residents. Residents are defined as those living in the Show-Me State for a minimum of one year before applying for a marijuana facility permit.
