A horse training company in Ocala, has several wage and hour violations on H-2B Visa workers. There is a total of 42 employees which the company was fine. H-2B Visas are not for immigration, but are for temporary non agricultural work in the United States. They advertised for 40 hours a week but were made to work 48, and they were paid below what the company had advertised.
