Conversion

Conversions allows business entities to change their company structure by filing Articles of Conversion.  Such as changing from a Corporation to a LLC.  Filing a Certificate of Conversion with the Secretary of State Corporation Division.  You can also change the domicile at the same time.  A company listed as Converted, is an inactive status indicating that the entity has converted into another type of entity and or to another jurisdiction.
