Permit Requirements Dropped

The Utah legislators passed a law earlier this year to drop the permit requirement for gun users 21 years and older. Utah joins 20 other states that do not require permits for open or concealed carry of guns. Gun buyers must still undergo a criminal background check. Public schools and college campuses still require the permits.
