Certificate of Publication

The Certificate of Publication is for New York Limited Liability Companies.  New York requires that in 120 days after the effectiveness of the initial Articles of Organization, an LLC must publish in two newspapers a copy of the articles, or a notice related to the formation of the LLC.  You must complete and file Certificate of Publication with the Department of State.  Included with the filing fee will be affidavits of the publications with the newspapers attached.
