West Virginia Carbon Tax
Responsible Climate Change Taxes
IncSmart West Virginia (Small Business and Startups) - Climate Change is a real threat. The warming of the earth needs to be addressed. The question becomes, who better to invest in Climate Change than the American people. Letting the Government and the EPA make decisions on this challenge, has increased the decline of the West Virginia energy industry. Several analyst suggest letting the industry itself and the free market make the changes necessary to combat Climate Change. Creating a Carbon Tax is the most effective way in winning the war with the changing climate. This will free the energy industry to find a ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
