American Petroleum Institute

The American Petroleum Institute is the national trade association oil and gas businesses.  Members include over 600 corporations in the energy industry.  The API has offices in over 25 states and is a lobbying organization in Washington DC.  API is also working on cutting green house emissions with the reduction of 60% of methane, and making the American footprint from energy lower at the same time making America energy independent.
