Customers have spoken and corporations are listening. They want to hear a familiar voice when they call for support. Nationstar Mortgage has more than 3 million customers with home loan mortgages. Dallas has the second largest number of call center employees in America, only outpaced by the Atlanta metro metro areas. Most call centers support ?nancial services and health care industries. Reshoring will come from India, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand.
Nationstar Mortgage will be creating 500 new jobs at its Coppell Texas location. Customers have been demanding locally based customer service representatives. Customer feedback has demanded that service and support would be better if they could speak with an American based representatives. Adding the 500 new jobs will be tight with low unemployment rates and increasing minimum wages. The labor pool will be looking for support service employees. The unemployment rate in Coppell, Texas, is 3.80%, with job growth of 3.10%.
