You will need an IncSmart account to access your log in page. Your log in allows you to see orders placed, reorder activity and access to our Customer Relations Support.
Documents and Notices will at times be uploaded to your account. We strongly recommend that you periodically monitor your company's record with the Secretary of State as well as your IncSmart account.
If you create an IncSmart account on behalf of a business entity or employer, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms. You can however transfer the account to another member of your business bu logging in and changing the name and address of the person to receive legal and state notices. To protect your account, keep your account details and password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your IncSmart account.
The IncSmart account and services, unless provided otherwise, is part of your support services when purchasing products such as filings with the Secretary of State or Registered Agent appointments. If we reasonably suspect your account is being used by a third party fraudulently, IncSmart may suspend your account until you reclaim ownership.
You can closing your account at anytime for any reason. To close your account, visit our Contact Us page and email us with the name of the company and the name of the person on the account.
To cancel or change lncSmart companies as your Registered Agent, you must contact the state Corporation Division. This is a legal appointment, and cannot be canceled by calling or emailing the Registered Agent or IncSmart. You must either change agent with the state or dissolve the company to remove us as the listed agent. Your content on your log in page will become unavailable and you will lose access to download documents that were stored there. Be sure you have a backup plan.
It is company policy that Registered Agent service does not include permission to use the agent address for general business correspondence. The Agent accepts no responsibility for forwarding general mail sent to the Registered Agent address.
Local city and county taxes and fees vary greatly in the different states. They include sales and use taxes, income taxes as well as regulatory and business license fees and taxes. These requirements are not covered by the Registered Agent service.
It is the entity's responsibility to file annual reports and pay taxes on time whether a renewal notice is received or not. The customer should become aware of these fees by calling the Secretary of State.
