Space Force Proposal for Colorado

IncSmart Colorado (Small Business and Startups) - Space Force proposal set of Colorado, as Pentagon finalizes its requirements. The Space Force would be organized under the Department of the Air Force. This new organization would mirror the Marine Corps, which is independent but falls under the Department of the Navy. The proposal is a draft for creating the responsibilities of the Space Force. It will be the 6th Armed Force Department in the United States.

The purpose and mission of the Space Force is to provide a space domain for the United States and it's allies. The Space Force will become apart of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. They will be accepting transfers from other divisions of the military. The Space Command is headquartered at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs Colorado and has 30,000 personnel worldwide. Peterson Air Force Base is also the home to NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command under the supervision of America and Canada). The US Space Command is America's 11th Combatant Command. The Combatant Command is in charge of organizing, training and equipping combatants in space.
