Appoint Registered Agent

Registered Agent Service Frequently Asked Questions

States require business entities to have registered agents or registered offices.  When you file for a Corporation or LLC, part of the process requires you to appoint a Registered Agent (also called Resident Agent, Statutory Agent or Agent for Service of Process). The Registered Agent is an official contact for your company.  States will send notices to the Registered Agent or the company owner.

We are your partner, not another payment.

As your agent broker, we look after our customers best interests, which involves attempting to fill client orders at the lowest price and in the fastest way possible.  Beware of First Year Free and Second Year Crazy Gimmicks.  Registered Agent Change fees can be more expensive than the agents! We can improve the life of your company by helping you save money. When 25% off all new companies fail the first year, you need to save money, not add another expense.

Registered Agent Acceptance Forms

In order to remove a person on company as your Registered Agent, you must contact the State Corporation Division.  This is a legal appointment and cannot be cancelled by calling or emailing the Registered Agent.  The Corporation/LLC must submit Articles of Dissolution, Articles of Withdrawal, or a Registered Agent Change form with the Corporation Division to remove the Registered Agent as the listed agent.

An administratively dissolved Corporation/LLC or a Corporation/LLC in default or revoked status, continues it's corporate existence but may not carry on any business in the state.  The Administrative Dissolution of a Corporation/LLC does not terminate the authority of it's Registered Agent.
