We will gladly refund monies paid if you cancel your order for any reason prior to the Articles being sent to the state for filing.  The refund will include all of the entire State filing fee and one-half of the amount of the Incorporation Package fee. You further understand that once my articles have been sent to the state or any government entity for filing no refund will be given.

After the business entity has been formed and all purchased services delivered, IncSmart has no further obligations and it is your responsibility to make sure that the business entity complies with all state, local and federal laws.  You also acknowledge and understand that any public notice or publishing requirements are not included in the services provided by IncSmart.
