Nevada to Help Homeless Veterans
IncSmart Nevada (Small Business and Startups) - Nevada to help homeless veterans with recycled metal shipping containers by turning them into tiny homes.  The tiny homes are only about 200 square feet, and they contain a kitchen, living area, bedroom and shower.   Monthly rent on the homes will run about $650 with HUD's Veterans affairs paying for most of the rent, the out of cost money for the resident can be as low as $200 a month.  

Veterans Village is located downtown Las Vegas.  The tiny houses run between $25,000 and $37,000 dollars.  Veterans Village can provide temporary and permanent living spaces for veterans, and is designated to providing a safe haven for American's veterans.  Not only is housing provided, but support services for the veterans is also available.   Public and private partnerships have been created to provide supplies and services to the residents.
