IncSmart Texas (Small Business and Startups) - Houston based Kinder Morgan announces new Texas pipeline from the Permian Basin. The $2 billion dollar project will transport natural gas from Permian Basin to Houston, Corpus Christi and Mexico. The Permian Highway Pipeline. The pipeline is expected to be in service by 2020.
The pipeline will be built to transport 2 billion cubic foot per day through 430 miles of pipeline. Kinder Morgan is already spending $1.75 billion dollars on the Gulf Coast Express from the Waha Oil Fields just east of El Paso, to the Gulf Coast and then to Mexico. Kinder Morgan is one of the largest energy infrastructure company in North America. It currently operates 85,000 miles of pipeline and 152 terminals.
