India Invests in Indiana
IncSmart Indiana (Small Business and Startups) - The Indian company Infosys, based in Bengaluru, is going to open four technology offices across America.  The first base will be opened in Indiana in August 2017 and is expected to create 2,000 jobs.  Infosys is India’s second largest IT services company.  It has decided to hire 10,000 American workers over the next two years.

Infosys is having to change plans and deal with the H-1B issues with the Trump administration.  Tech companies will have fewer visa applications, forcing the company to increase local hiring.  The H-1B visa crack down is investigating Tech companies that misuse these visas allowing for cheap Indian labor taking away local jobs.  Infosys gets over 60% of its revenues from North America.
