IncSmart Idaho (Small Business and Startups) - The Idaho software firm TSheets is adding workers. TSheets is being bought by Intuit Inc. The transaction is valued at approximately $340 million in cash and other consideration. The transaction should close in the second quarter of 2018. TSheets has topped the Best Places to Work in Idaho list. TSheets is a time tracking and employee scheduling app.

TSheets is located in Treasure Valley in the in southwestern Idaho. Treasure Valley is the most populated area in Idaho. TSheets and Intuit has been in a partnership for over five years. They offer Intuit customers the opportunity for TSheets and QuickBooks working together. TSheets currently has over 250 employees, and is expecting to have nearly 400 by the end of 2018. TSheets allows hourly employees to clock in and out via computers, tablets, and smart phones.
