Fiat Chrysler Moves Ram Unit to Michigan
IncSmart Michigan (Small Business and Startups) - Fiat Chrysler is moving it's massive Ram production plant from Mexico to Michigan.  President Trump tweets he had more great news resulting from his historical tax cuts and reforms.  The company said the new federal tax laws, have made this shift possible.  The legislation was signed into law in December.  America has cut the corporation tax rate from 35 to 21 percent.

Chrysler Automobile will move the plant to Warren, a suburb of Detroit.  They will invest over $1 Billion to revamp the Warren Truck Assembly Plant, bringing it's Ram Heavy Duty Truck assembly from Mexico.  This will bring over 2500 jobs to Warren.  The plant will be open and running in 2020, when the plant is completed.  Chrysler said it does not plan to close the plant in Saltillo Mexico.
