The total expense for NATO is $950 billion. Only five members are spending the agreed on fees. The member are the U.S., Greece, Poland, Estonia and the U.K. These 5 are the only members meeting its agreed to target money.

Since 2005 the unemployment rate in Washington DC has ranged from 4.9% in April 2007 to 11.2% in June 2011. The current unemployment rate for Washington is 6.1% in June 2016. Less than 100 jobs at NATO in Washington, DC.
