The total expense for NATO is $950 billion. Only five members are spending the agreed on fees. Since 2005 the unemployment rate in Washington DC has ranged from 4.9% in April 2007 to 11.2% in June 2011. The current unemployment rate for Washington is 6.1% in June 2016.
