Delaware Small Business Grants

IncSmart Delaware (Small Business and Startups) - Delaware gives small business grants.  The Delaware Division of Small Business is giving grants called EDGE -  Encouraging Development Growth and Expansion.  Delaware companies less than 5 years old and with less than 10 employees have access to the grant.  The grant provides a 3 to 1 match for each dollar the business spends.  Application for the EDGE grants can be found - wwe.delbiz.com.  

This new grant program is to give business a competitive edge for small business entrepreneurs and startups.  It can help replace start up capital companies need to grow.  The Delaware Small Business Division is helping companies through the proposal process.  The proposal needs to include what you company needs in order to be successful.  Ten grants are to be awarded the first round.  5 grants up to $100,000 for STEM, for science and research based business, and 5 grants up to $50,000 for all other businesses.
