IncSmart Florida (Small Business and Startups) - The Plaza Coral Gables development will include a high-end hotel, office space, apartment units, restaurants and retail space. The development is just south of Miracle Mile and downtown Coral Gables. The developer, Agave Ponce, presented new plans to the Coral Gables City Commission. Those plans were approved last week.
In addition, Agave Ponce is contributing $2 million for Ponce Circle Park improvements. The developer will also contribute to the city's Coral Gables Trolley with a $2.5 million upfront payment.
