IncSmart California (Small Business and Startups) - The redevelopment of the 5 acre property at 3700 California St. where the California Pacific Medical Center resides before it moves to it's new location at Geary and Van Ness Avenue, is in progress. The developer TMG Partners, wants to build 250 new homes on the old campus, has submitted a preliminary application to the city.
California Pacific Medical Center is going to move to the new $2 billion, 274-bed Cathedral Hill medical campus. The hospital won't vacate the old campus site until 2019. The development will include buildings from three to seven stories. The development will also includes single-family homes and attached homes.
