California Governor Reaches New Low
IncSmart California  (Small Business and Startups) - Governor Jerry Brown is a friend to Texas.  Large numbers of corporations are leaving California for Texas over taxes.  California already has some of the highest taxes in the nation.  Now Moonbeam is calling California taxpayers freeloaders.   He wants them to pay higher taxes.   Californians want him to become more fiscally responsible with their money.  They are criticizing his $52 billion tax hike.  He then responded to t he complaints and called the tax payers Trump supporters last week in Orange County speech. The new gas tax has been allocated for roads, but the Governor has raided the fund for programs on social services.

The list of complaints include the 1,000,000 citizens in Los Angeles county who collect food stamps, many of whom are being fed in sanctuary cities.  Illegal immigrants are also being provided free legal help to help them stay in the state.  Other glaring problems are from Janet Napolitano, president of the University of California School system.  She managed to hide $175 million from the state government.  This scandal is just being reported.  But the list keeps growing.   Brown ordered government employees to survey his personal property and he refused to pay back the money.  The Sacramento legislature also put into law $178 a day in per diem funds on top of their salaries.
