Broadcom Moves to Delaware

IncSmart Delaware (Small Business and Startups) - Broadcom announces a moves to Delaware from Singapore.   It will maintain it's current home office located in San Jose, California .  Broadcom says the level the playing field for large multinational corporations headquartered in America, will allow them grow. The redomiciliation to Delaware is coming soon.  The company credits the GOP plan with making it easier to do business in America and said it is once again the best place to lead a business with a global footprint.

Broadcom has 7,500 American employees in 24 states. It has manufacturing facilities in Colorado and Pennsylvania and engineering offices in California.  They will boost its domestic research and engineering spending.  Broadcom also said $20 billion in annual revenue will come back to the U.S.  Nearly 20 percent of its revenue in the most recent fiscal quarter came from sales to Apple and the contractors that manufacture Apple products, like Foxconn Technology Group recent move to Wisconsin.  Each year, Bloadcom we will invest $3 billion in research and engineering and $6 billion in manufacturing, resulting in more high-paying tech jobs.
