By using the services of IncSmart, I agree to the following:
I acknowledge that the only services provided by IncSmart is the formation of a corporation or limited
liability company (LLC). I understand that IncSmart is not acting as my attorney or financial advisor and
the information provided on this web site or through other forms of communication with IncSmart
employees or agents is not legal, financial or tax advice. I understand that the information contained on
this site consist of general information regarding incorporating and forming business entities. Since
every business is unique and laws vary from state to state, IncSmart does not guarantee that the
options selected by me are the best for my particular situation. I acknowledge that IncSmart does not
know my financial or tax situation and did not provide me any legal or tax advice on my business entity
selection.
I understand and agree that if I cancel my order for any reason prior to the Articles being sent to the
state for filing I will be entitled to a refund of the entire State filing fee and one-half of the amount of the
Incorporation Package fee. I further understand that once my articles have been sent to the state or any
government entity for filing no refund will be given.
After my business entity has been formed and all purchased services delivered, IncSmart has no
further obligations and it is my responsibility make sure that the business entity complies with all state,
local and federal laws.
I acknowledge and understand that any public notice or publishing requirements are not included in the
services provided by IncSmart.
I acknowledge and understand that processing times at the state of formation can vary greatly and that
IncSmart is not responsible for the processing times or processing procedures of any state or
government entity where documents may be filed. IncSmart does not warrant or guarantee the
acceptance of documents forwarded or the processing times for any government entity.
I further certify that I am eighteen (18) years old or older, that all information provided to IncSmart is
accurate and true, and that IncSmart, may relay on this information to perform its services.
