Incorporator or Organizer  - This is typically a member or shareholder of the
company, but does not have to be.  Any authorized to act on behalf of the initial
members or shareholders may act as the incorporator of organizers.  By signing the
articles of incorporation or organization, as the incorporator or organizer, you are
merely giving an oath that the information in the articles is true and correct.  There is
no real liability, on-going duty, or other significance attached with being the
incorporator or organizer.
