APPOINTMENT OF YIP
Company hereby appoints representative of YIP as company officer for a period of 7
days, commencing upon the date of the execution of this agreement.
SERVICE
YIP will obtain Tax ID – EIN for the Company.  Company acknowledges and
recognized that all income of Company is subject to the reporting requirements of the
Internal Revenue Service, as well as local and state jurisdictions.   Company
acknowledges and agrees that YIP function is only to obtain a Tax ID – EIN number.  
YIP will not be responsible for any future tax filings and reporting with any government
agency. YIP will not complete, sign or file any tax returns on behalf of the Company.  
YIP will not open bank accounts, write checks or represent Company in any banking
relationship.
COMPENSATION
Company hereby agrees to pay YIP a one-time fee of $130 for obtaining EIN. This fee
is non-refundable.
