IncSmart does not warrant or guarantee the acceptance of documents forwarded or the processing times for any government entity.
We will email your documents as they becomes available. Usually, registered agent receipts ship the same day ordered, or by the next business day if your order is received late in the evening, and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the documents you have ordered are delayed by the Secretary of Sate. We will keep you informed of any filings that you have ordered that are taking longer than usual due to the volume of filings from the state offices. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, company checks, Western Union & Bank Transfers in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. For Bank Transfers, an addition banking fee will be charged. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

We will gladly refund monies paid if you cancel your order for any reason prior to the Articles being sent to the state for filing. The refund will include all of the entire State filing fee and one-half of the amount of the Incorporation Package fee. You further understand that once my articles have been sent to the state or any government entity for filing no refund will be given.
After the business entity has been formed and all purchased services delivered, IncSmart has no further obligations and it is your responsibility to make sure that the business entity complies with all state, local and federal laws. You also acknowledge and understand that any public notice or publishing requirements are not included in the services provided by IncSmart. |

| It is IncSmart's policy that Registered Agent service does not include permission to use IncSmart's address for general business correspondence. We accept no responsibility for forwarding general mail sent to the Registered Agent address. Local city and county taxes and fees vary greatly in the different states. They include sales and use taxes, income taxes as well as regulatory and business license fees and taxes. These requirements are not covered by the IncSmart Registered Agent service. It is the entitys responsibility to file annual reports and pay taxes on time whether a renewal notice is received or not. The customer should become aware of these fees by calling the Secretary of State. We strongly recommend that you periodically monitor your company's record with the Secretary of State. |

| Shipping Time -- Most documents received before 5:00PM will be scanned the same day, and mailed by US post by the next pick up, provided the documents are not sent to IncSmart by email. Your documents will then just arrive by email. Most documents received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day.
We cannot guarantee when your documents will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Fed Ex or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or and name acceptance. |
