1 - Please keep in mind that it is IncSmart's policy that the furnishing of a Registered Agent, does not include permission to use IncSmart's address as a general business address, mailing address for state or federal tax returns, or any other reason not authorized by IncSmart or an affiliated company, and accept no responsibility for any items pursuant to an unauthorized use of IncSmart's address, regardless of whether the use was due to the fault of our customer or of a third party.
2 - Local city and county taxes and fees vary greatly in the different states. They include sales and use taxes, income taxes as well as regulatory and business license fees and taxes. These requirements are not covered by the IncSmart Registered Agent service.
3 - Failure to receive notices from IncSmart does not relieve the entity of its obligation to file reports and pay taxes. The customer should become aware of these fees by visiting the Secretary of State web page.
4 - If you receive Legal Service, we will send to you by Certified Mail no fee. If you want the service faxed, there is a $15 fee. If you want the service to be sent by FedEx, provide your account number.
5 - If we recieve mail for your company that is not from the Secretary of State or Corporations Division, there is a one time Mailing Fee of $25. |
