New York
LLC, LLP, LP or PLLC must publixh a notice advertising the required inoformation in the newspapers designated by your county, and mail the register receipt to the NY Department of State.
Nevada
Foreign Corporations must publish a notice in the county of the state where they are registered and mail the filing receipt to the NV Secretary of State.
Arizona
After filing articles, they must be published in a newspaper in the county where registered for three consecutive days and ad affidavit of the filing sent to the AZ Corporation Commission.
Pennsylvania
Foreign Qualifications must be published in two newspapers, and the receipt of filing mailed to the PA Department of State.
Georgia
No later than one business day after your articles are filed, you must publish a notice in a designated legal notice newspaper in the county where registered, and send receipt to the Georgia Secretary of State.
Nebraska
Notice of fiing, amendment or merger must be published in a newspaper in the county where the company is located. The notices must run once per week for three weeks, and proof of publication must be sent to the Nebraska Secretary of State.
